The app remove heat and cooling

hi all

Just wondering if the feature on the app to remotely control the temperature in the Tesla is dependent on heated seats?

I really like this feature however none of the features in the premium pack appeal to me and wanted to make sure I can still remote control the temperature without premium pack.

It is not dependent on heated seats, but the front seats are still heated without the premium or winter package.

The HVAC controls the temperature in the cabin, and the app can control temperature/pre-heating -cooling on all Tesla models.

That’s really useful to know! I didnt realise that the front seats are heated as standard. To be fair I guess that should be a given with it being a premium car!

I love my Tesla, but I don't think that assumption is valid, I'm afraid. There are MANY features that are typically included in "premium" cars that are not a priority in a Tesla. In fact, I would say there are features typically found in mid-level cars that are not found on a Tesla as yet.

When the App turns on the heating, all the seats are warmed by the air

This feature is not dependent on having the winter package, the base car offers this.
