Interesting the charging lead/device is showing 407v which is the phase to phase voltage suggests it’s got 3 phase supply. The car looks like it’s only charging on a single phase though. When charging on 3 phases the car will say 3x 16A and show 11kW (ish).

1. Check the plug is fully ‘home’ in the car socket (I.e. all pins are connecting). There has been some type 2 plugs of slightly different sizes that have caused issues in the UK.
2. Get the electrician to double check the wiring, instructions and jumpers/settings.
3. Failing that email the manufacturer?

You don’t mention what car it is. Different Tesla’s in different markets can have different charging circuits on board. Are you certain the car has 3-phase charging capability? Perhaps try another 3-phase charge point.

Apologies, left that out.
Car is a 2021 model 3, capable of 3phase
Have contacted the manufacturer and waiting for a response. Suspicious of the one red LED on the device, could be an issue? waiting for a manual or a response still.
Have tried multiple attempts in shoving the charger in hard and checking for dust potentially in the charger, unfortunately same result.

The charger itself seems to work but the rate of charge seems to cap at 4kw which is oh as the charger LCD shows 11kw. Switching the charger off and on again the LCD does display a built up, starting from 0, building up to a rate of 11kw.

Adding to it: red light displayed means charging so no issues there. Charger seems to charge, just not at the expected rate

Perhaps there would be more information here about charging in Australia in the australian subforum?

I didnt move it there, because its also appropriate here in this subforum (as I assumed it was a model 3 from the pictures you uploaded), but most of the conversation in this subforum tends to be US specific and we dont have 3 phase power for home charging here in the US (and our model 3s might be different in setup in charging).
