It was sunny today and noticed this which I did spot at pick up due to it being overcast. Not sure what this mark is but does not come off

Seen this reported before (YouTube video by a pro detailer) and could be a sanding mark when quality control spotted a mark. They then sand it out and gets resprayed but apparently the sanding mark can show through. Only shows In bright light conditions. A detailer can polish it out.

Bright LED light that can show up swirls etc should do the trick
