Three weeks in and a puncture experience

I had a flat last week. Luckily I was on the driveway at home. RAC came over but their jack was too high so I had to drive the car onto a small wedge to lift the car up. He then used my puck on the jack. Can this have caused damage lifting the car like this?

Looks like an appropriate technique to me. What made you think it may cause damage?

I though you were supposed to lift all wheels at once to protect the battery.

No not at all. Jacking up a single wheel is absolutely fine. I would guess that the Tesla probably has greater torsional rigidity than 99% of cars on the road.

As long as he used the puck, no.

I very much doubt it. The correct jacking point was used albeit using a starting point where one of the wheels was higher than the others.

As long as you jack every corner in sequence any buckle caused by lifting one corner at a time should even out
