Toolbox - ODIN communication issue?

Hello,

I'm trying to connect Toolbox to my old Tesla Model 3 (2018 - SW V8.1 (2018.18.3 04dfd3c) in order to update the car (no SIM card available).
After configuring the ethernet port connection, I failed to finalize the communication sequence at "Commmunication to ODIN" step (see attachment).

I don't know if the issue come from my laptop or from distance server.

Is someone get any idea?
