Track Day Event @ NCCAR, Will I be able to charge?

Hi,

I have an event at the end of October at NCCAR (North Carolina Center for Automotive Research). They post that they have electrical outlets in the paddock:

• 31 x 50Amp / 30 Amp RV hook up points around 3 acre paddock

What do I need to get as far as adaptors to be able to recharge between runs?

You want the NEMA 14-50 adapter for your UMC.

Just so you are clear, likely those will give you something like 30 mph with your GEN 2 UMC. I typically burn through about 130-150 miles per 20 minute session.

That charge will be very slow, and depending on location you may still want to make a drive to supercharge, depending on what you are expecting.

Hmm, usually it's 5 laps (~10 mins every hour), 6 per day... I should be good with full charge icoming in each day. We'll see.
