Track Package installation process.

Did anyone with the Track pack notice how many miles the shop put on after installation? Shop told me 6 hrs . Its been in for 6 days and I just noticed on Tessie that they took three drives totaling 50 miles with an hour and 1:15 in time. I get taking it for a spin to make sure the brakes are working ok but 50 Miles? Suspecting joy rides. Does anyone have the factory instructions?

I just got a rash of bs from the Service center. The real puzzle to me is the 20-minute drive right after i dropped it off.

Does anyone know how to get a field supervisor above the service dept?

Have you tried search?

Undesirable, but the install procedure requires that they bed in the brakes. I’d rather have done it myself.
