That is certainly true when it comes to your posts but I think it may be a bit of an oversimplification generally otherwise we should stop building wind turbines, and solar panels. All just more stuff right?

Started this thread in March when Tesla offered me 34.5k for my SR+. Then with 40k miles , now 48k.

New Y was delayed from March to now available Sept 3rd.
Just got new trade in value from Tesla of £29k!!!!!
Motorway / wBAC etc all around 33/34k

WBAC just offered me more for my August 2019 SR+ than I paid for it, problem is with the withdrawal of the PIG and price rises it would cost me £10K more to replace it !

Tesla have reduced their trade in offers because they don't need to offer good trade in to sell new cars right now. I assume though that the shortage of new Teslas in Q2 has meant a shortage of used Teslas now. I still have my 2019 M3 if my MY had arrived in Q2 it would be in the used Market. I am sure its the same for many on this thread. Looks like that new and used shortage is driving up prices. Good.
