As I'm about to leave to see Terminator Salvation (which sadly, I've heard sucks), I share this:

I saw the movie last night. I thought it was good. It wasn't as good as Terminator 1 or 2. But it was at least as good as the 3rd movie.

They are clearly setting up the plot to do another two or three movies based on the war with Skynet.

It wasn't as bad as it could have been, but not as good either. I'm glad I went in with lowered expectations. The film had much more potential though, and I'm disappointed it didn't reach it. Definitely suffered from being cut down from an R rating to PG-13, and some of the dialogue was groan inducing.

The only cast member I didn't like in the new Star Trek movie was the guy who played Chekov, and here they have him playing Kyle Reese. Looks like we won't be rid of him tell he gets zapped back to 1984.
