Trying to decide between 19" Rial Lugano vs 19" T-Sportline

Trying to choose aftermarket 19" wheels and I really like the look of turbines. Right now I'm looking at the 19" Rial Lugano vs the 19" T-Sportline turbines. The Rial Lugano wheels are $3600 CAD with shipping, duties, and taxes with Continental DWS-06 tires whereas the T-Sportline wheels are around $4300 CAD with shipping, duties, and taxes. Not sure if the T-Sportline wheels are worth an extra $700.

They are both pretty. I like the T-Sportline a bit better - they look more sophisticated. But here in the US they are twice the price of the Rial Lugano (at TireRack). I would have a hard time convincing my wallet to spend that much extra money. But then again, get what you really like. What are $800 over the course of the 8-10 years you'll have the car?
