Try "report" in the lower left hand corner. It should bring up a dialog box which you can type in what issues you have. And yes, you can report yourself without long-term harm. Done it myself.

I don't think the Report function works. The mods permitted a gang rape joke in the investors forum, while moving any posts about Elon's confirmed relationship to Amber Heard to the locked thread for personal attack posts.

Pretty revealing of the values here.
