He has been pointing out $348 for a few days now, and yesterday's price action kinda proved $348 is where it's at technically.

EDIT: Today's price action proves it as well: went over $348 three four times and got pushed down again. Lots of profit taking at that level I imagine. Upper bollinger band at $374 now so we have some headroom for a clean run if we breach with volume .

The stock movement feels exactly like when Netflix was at $190s after a beat, it tested $210s before pulling back below $200 for weeks before breaking out to above $300. My bet is $360 will be easier to break than $359s.

yes, but we've also been through some SEC nonsense. Just like heavy selling (or buying) affects the price more than the same volume spread over a longer period of time I think the hits cost more than the recovery returned.

I think the steady buying pressure is likely to continue and represents, at least in part, a correction from the lawsuit. Obviously the 3Q results are involved as well and probably weigh more heavily, but regaining ground takes more time than losing it.

--Still 72 days left. Sold PUTS will have good theta decay. For Calls am expecting SP to test atleast ATH soon..
