Hi I am due for a first replacement set of Tyres, Can anyone in the chorley/preston area recommend a garage which is familar with jacking a tesla model 3 and do a reliable job on alloy wheels ?

Teslas are no longer unusual. Get your own jacking pucks then anyone can do it ... but many tyre places will have their own these days. (Teslas are not the only brand that require care with jacking points and recommend the use of a bespoke pad.) If you have a small local garage that you like it's good to develop a relationship through small jobs. See if Blackcircles link to one of your nearby options (for example).

A lot of tyre places are likely to be OK with electric cars these days. Personally I’d recommend S&R Tyre Bay in Preston, always friendly, know their stuff, won’t damage you wheels and not expensive either.
