UMC solid green but won't charge or "click" into vehicle?

Arrived today and tried to plug into the wall... my UMC turns solid green when plugged into the wall outlet, but will not "click" into the car. The car charging LED ring stays white and shows no sign of recognizing the UMC. There's a new dent on the UMC near the thumb button, I'm a little concerned that somehow it got bumped/dropped and is broken. Other than the solid green LED, is there any other troubleshooting that can be done on this thing?

Self-solved... the little metal "cover" for the push-button had gotten dented just enough that it was constantly holding the switch down, so the car constantly thought it was being asked to disconnect/unlock/whatever that button does... ;-)
