Unable to Autopilot

Since rebooting, Autopilot does not work. I notice the blue rim around the steering wheel on the screen is only 3/4 complete, see attached. It slowly progressed to that point, but no further. Any thoughts?

I could be wrong, but I think that means that it's calibrating the cameras. It should continue to fill the meter as you drive, and autopilot won't work until it's finished. As for why it needed to recalibrate in the first place, who knows...

Yes, the partial blue ring means the car is calibrating.
