unable to download tidal for offline playback

In the tidal interface on the MCU i hit the download button and shows up in the downloaded tab. However, if I go offline I can not play the songs. Tried removing the downloaded. Signing out of tidal, restart MCU, sign back in. tried to download and same thing occurred. Currently on 2022.20.8

Known bug or just me?

Tidal will only download when you are on WiFi, but will show what you've selected as queued for download.

yes, I am on WiFi with very good data speeds when attempting to download. Are you able to?

Works for me, but there is a delay in downloading the queue ... it's not immediate.

Do you have Tesla premium connectivity? When Tidal first came to Tesla I had to have it for the car to stay logged in to Tidal.

I prefer to drive with my hotspot enabled so Tidal streams in hifi. Every time it plays a song it downloads anyway, so those are available as hifi later on when your car is on cellular. Not sure if that helps. But maybe give it a shot if you have unlimited data on your phone.

It's really not worth the trouble since you can't shuffle. Much better to just play over BT.
