It looks like they've changed the service categories but haven't update the instructions yet. Sounds like you've found the right spot!

Ive gone that route, had the text saying an engineer will visit on xx , and when the SC opens the service person will no doubt call me and cancel the appointment and arrange a bill and date

So I got it done and would recommend it. Better speed, good sentry mode camera recording (with formatted usb) more features. There was a few issues witht the service cnetre doing the upgrade took 3 days but all worked out in the end.

Recommended WITHOUT the FSD in UK
