Upgraded to premium connectivity but nothing is working

I had downgraded to normal as we weren't using the car (damned covid-19). Finally got around to upgrading and although the car says that it has premium connectivity, I don't see satellite imagery, no karaoke, etc.
I have tried a hard reboot as well as the scrollwheel reboot and nothing.

Any suggestions?

Data sharing is turned on. I toggled it to make sure. Still no joy

Spoke with Tesla last night. They "think" the problem is on their end but need to talk to another department that was closed for the night until later this morning. Arrrrrggggg! First world problems!
