No.

Did they ever even deliver any of these mythical standard range RWD cars in 2021?

They were definitely not LFP batteries.

Tesla did build, deliver a limited number of 2021 SR Model Y. Some of the 2021 SR MY have the 7 seat configuration. I have seen a few 2021 SR Model Y. The 2021 SR MY vehicles look like the LR MY except for lacking the Dual Motor badge on the rear hatch.
