I noticed in a YouTube video, 2 x usb-c ports on the overhead dome light module. I'm curious to know if this is standard across all model 3s? or is it specific to america or other regions? do you have it in your car in aus?
I don't mind a usb stick (small sized) for music or usb colour LEDs. May be a small USB compact drive for dashcam.
If the accessories makers like Taptes find out it's potential they can make a module with integrated usb drive for dashcam - okay i'm now going overboard.
I can answer this one, they're not USB-C ports, rather the ultrasonic sensors for the "Tilt / Intrusion" setting under security. Only Europe and UK delivered cars have this feature. It uses ultrasonic sensors to detect motion within the vehicle, I believe it's mandatory or something for many vehicles in Europe for insurance reasons? The Model 3 and Model X sensors look the same and are on the roof with the dome lights (see below) where as the Model S is integrated into the front microphone grille.
