Viable way to send product feedback/suggestions to Tesla's development team?

I have been attempting to find a viable method of sending product feedback/suggestions to Tesla's development team for a month now.
Yes, I have contacted [email protected]. Yes, I have called a couple of Tesla dealerships. No, I have not attempted to Tweet Elon. (I dislike Twitter on many levels) So far... I got nothing...

In light of the sophistication of the Tesla system, its kind of incredible that it is this hard to get through to their product development team.
Has anyone had any success in this regard?
Specifically, I want to offer suggestions/requests concerning various aspects of the screen UI/UX.

EVERYONE wants to send their ideas to the developers. If they read all the ideas sent to them they wouldn't have any time to code them. Save your time. Your ideas are probably nothing they haven't heard 100 times.

This is a very big problem currently. Hopefully they'll address the complete lack of ways to reach out soon.

Most of the ideas that I've seen posted around the internet are pretty dumb and I'd rather not waste engineering hours sifting through them.

What other companies like Tesla take input like this? Can you imagine the time involved to read suggestions from Tesla drivers? Your best bet to actually have input is to get a job at Tesla. Tesla has a lot of people in the Early Access Program that provide feedback to the team.

There is a company called uservoice that allows users to post ideas and vote on them. Good ideas to bubble to the top which would take the pressure off Tesla engineers to read them all.
