Virgin Hub4 WiFi Issues

On Virgin Hub4 in the UK, after two days of effort I had to finally set a static IP address for the tesla's mac address and ensure WPA2-Personal only. Then manually added the network on the car, but still didn't connect, however with a reboot of car it connects!! seemed so unlikely, but this method appears to work each time on reboot. Now learnt it auto connects, but soon as manual select it fails again and reboot needed again. I'd guess this is a wifi/DHCP handshake timing problem.

also fyi from previous recommendations I forced set to channel 3 and 2.4g (separated 5g into separate network)

I'm on SH 3, which is not perfect but works. I did think that SH 4 would be better, but it sounds like they also have their issues.

yes our M3 connected better on hub3 ! We might go for our own mesh network, but will see how stable it is now that a connection is at least working
