Question for Wawanesa policy holders (or those who insure with a company that does not offer umbrella insurance):
Since Wawanesa does not offer umbrella insurance, what do you do for umbrella insurance? I would imagine that this group of people, owning a Tesla, would have other significant assets to protect, and therefore, a good idea to get umbrella insurance for additional coverage.
Do you just forgo the umbrella and *hope* nothing happens? Perhaps just never seen umbrella insurance as worth the cost?
Wawanesa's auto policy seems to max out at 250/500/100, and their condo insurance maxes out at 500 liability. Seems like extremely low limits for the average Tesla owner, who I would guess has much more in assets to protect in the event of a lawsuit.
