Landrover PHEVs are a particular problem because the connector from stall A will just reach to plug into a landrover parked in stall B, hence one car ICEs two stalls from a practical point of view. Not sure why they do it - driver that I caught got quite grumpy when I asked why he was plugged in, and there have been lots of other reports...

Surely they don’t actually charge though? The chargers are sufficiently far away for it not to be a close car parking reason.
