33 days from order to delivery for me. My original estimate was "late October." Knock on wood, picking mine up in 4 hours!
Check in with your DS and see if there is anything they can do to expedite the process. I asked mine and she said she would try to get mine first in line with the next batch that went into production. Not sure if that happened or not, but mine seemed to arrive sooner than I expected.
I have also heard of people asking to get their cars into production sooner by asking the DS to go ahead and confirm your order - assuming you're good with your picks - immediately rather than waiting the full 7 days. Worth asking! Those two factors might save you a couple weeks!

The longest period of time is shipping. Once your car is in production your DS will be able to nail down the delivery date pretty accurately.
We are in the same boat. I got the email at 12:04 AM.

We tried that, and they said that since they went to a 7 day confirm they no longer offer the early confirm. "It caused too many problems." Although, it's just a single data point so YMMV

I got the flat black 85D. Only factory upgrade is the pano roof, which was a no brainer. I love driving with the roof open in Denver. The only other upgrade I even considered was the interior, but all I really cared about was the black alcantra headliner, and I couldn't justify the cost for that one thing. I really don't care about having a power liftgate or extra lighting. And after a lot of vacillating, I've finally picked out my aftermarket wheels:
Congrats. Delivery time varies a lot. I got lucky with my 85D last month and it took ~29 days from Order (not Order Confirmation) to Delivery. I took delivery in NJ btw. My delivery specialist told me I got lucky with the transit as my batch was transported by a truck, while some are by train which is apparently much slower. But now that yours is in production, chance of it being delivered before Thanksgiving is actually quite good in my opinion. But yeah the wait is excruciating.. try not to break the F5 key on your keyboard.

The wheels are the Giovanna Dalar 5 in gloss black. I'm going to do 20x8.5 all around. These are the first wheels I found that really sang to me.
