Tesla are not doing much to the building. Painting it, slapping some signs on the front and sticking a few flags poles in the ground. Not sure what they will do inside. Reception desk and some paint (Might update the internal doors)

Not a long project - probably an 8-10wk programme

It does mention 6 to 8 Super charging bays TBC

I live in West Bridgford, Nottingham - And I'd say I'm less than a 5 minute walk from the location (As others have mentioned it used to be a Ford/Mazda Garage, then more recently an outdoor furniture centre and then a temporary carwash)... I've just placed my order this week on new M3P and can't wait for the Nottingham build to get underway - I can provide pics as it progresses too - I actually ran across the site today to scope it out - Should be a fairly simple build!

That would be really great if you could!

As the planning permission seems focused on signage they could switch this on quite quickly, fingers crossed as I don't fancy driving to Birmingham every time I need service.

As already said this should be online pretty damn quick given there's nothing structural to do.

I’m very excited by all of this... 6-8 super chargers less than a 5 minute walk from me... looks like permission granted on 29th May too! Will stroll down to take some pics in the next few days!

I went for a run past the showroom this morning, and there were a number of vans and a Mini parked on the carpark, with access to the roofed and gated carpark area. There's certainly been some more hardware deliveries also (wood panelling, etc).

Weather this is for Tesla or an interim thing I'm unsure, I will take a walk to get some pics tonight!

Fresh are the Architects but thanks for looking. Nice to see security is high lol. Just hope someone does not move in before tomorrow morning or it could be a long wait to evict!
