Charge to 90% over night and then when you wake up preheat the car and set the charge to 100%
By the time you shower and make some coffee the car will be warm, the battery will be preconditioned and you will be at 95% or more.
That way your battery is not sitting at 100% for long periods of time. The Tesla app is your friend.

You may want to request that they install a Tesla destination charger where you work.
Point them to the Tesla destination charger request page and see if they will install it.
Tesla provides 2 free chargers if the business installs them and makes them available to the public.
The Tesla web site explains the program. Sounds like you should encourage them to take advantage of it.
Also a quick stop at a Super Charger is better than leaving the battery at 100% for long periods of time.
Having a charger at work would allow you to use the app to precondition the battery and warm the car before leaving. Even a level 1 outlet charging would help during brutally cold days.

They were also time traveling in that photo, Watts. That's how Twain, who later invented twain drivers, was able to split his summers between winters in San Francisco and any old time in Germany, to work on his grammar. He originally called his Twain drivers, Swain drivers, for Samuel without an interesting name.

If you're going to do that, you might want to consider an app like Stats which you can program to do exactly what @Kenz has described. You can program it to start heating and charging in the morning before you go to work.
