What is the best winter set up

I have a 2013 P 85 with 21 inch tires I live in Ohio and the car has not been fun so far this winter I was wondering what is the best tire and rim set up if it would be smarter to go to a 19 inch rim
I'm sorry if this is been discussed before but I could not find it

There should be a billion threads on this, but tl;dr: 19" wheels will allow for more sidewall on tires which is cheaper, gives a smoother ride, and provides better rim protection against pothole damage due to the taller sidewall. You can either get performance winter tires which will perform better when it's cold and the roads are clear, or standard winter tires which trade some of the dry-pavement handling for snow/ice performance. A number of forum members (including me) choose the latter. Michelin X-Ice are well-reviewed and affordable. Your local Discount/Belle Tire will probably have them in stock, and you can compare pricing with The Tire Rack.com.

Do some forum searches on "winter tires" and you should have plenty of reading material.

Tirerack.com is a great resource for tire recommendations. If you decide to buy from them, they can ship a set of winter tires and wheels to your home or to a local installer.

Tesla also sells a winter tire package, and can take care of everything for you.

The 19" winter tires and wheels are better than 21" in every way, except they do do look as stunning as the 21's.
