What is the "Model X Roof" option listed in the app for the included options on the car?

I'm looking to buy a Model X in Norway for a European camping tour. I often see adds where folks take a screenshot of the options on their model X or list them, as show in the attached. They usually include this option "Model X Roof" - what does this even mean?

Not sure but might be the Sun blocker that came with them. Not sure if it still does and never used ours.
