Thanks for the description! I was able to find a video online showing how it should flip open. I did that and it appears that what it attaches to must be broken. The others flip up and are secure (don't wiggle). This one moves all about the place. Hrm... We have the Tesla extended warranty. I wonder if this is covered? And if not, how much it'll cost to fix.
As for how it got this way... dunno. Maybe someone thought that was how the door opened and tried to push it in? Oh well.
