Interesting, i've had no issues with my gen1 other than the fact i had to increase the factory lip height so my phone wouldn't slider over on acceleration.

My vote is the 'noise reduction' rubber tube things that people are buying. Absolute waste of money.

Barf. All that intentional minimalism... gone in a tacky instant!
Who knows, I guess it couldn't survive the hot desert. Remember that overheat protection wasn't available on the 3 during the first summer so my car was baking in 105 degree full sun in a parking lot every day. Interior temps were hitting upwards of 150 degrees.
I bought the nomad one and like it a lot better.

Yes. Car is a minimalist design - The 'T' is cool but IMO anything else is cluttered.

I saw a VW Bug conversion where they put reverse lights inside the tail pipes. That was kind of cool. Lame to add tail pipes to a car that never had them and doesn't need them.

Nah, not only is the front plate not an accessory (mandidated), mine saved my front end of from a retread tire. Front plate does have a purpose!

I've bought many accessories. It's not the worst, but one accessory I bought that I find completely useless is the screen for the glass roof.
