Wheel Dinged on a Leased Model S - What is the impact?

I'm about to assume a model S lease and the car is in good condition except for a few things. I was wondering if anyone has any experience returning a Leased car to Tesla (Tesla Financial) with some cosmetic issues and what was the result?

Ive returned a Lexus LS and a 5 Series before with these wheel scratches and got charged $500 to $800 in fees....

The first one looks like a cracked rim and should be replaced. The next is a scratch and can be repaired for a couple of hundred$. I would not be concerned with the plastic undercarriage. That is normal wear and tear.

Get the rims repaired. Its what they end up doing anyways. Returned a Mercedes lease with a few really bad rims and they had some 3rd party guy repair them.

Shops around me quote $100-150 per wheel. Some places could offer lower prices. Definitely don't spend more than $150 per wheel.
