Can't speak for @Mikey122687, but I did not, and I received an unexpected (and unexplained; there's no description in the RA section) check in the mail yesterday.

Can confirm I just got my check for what i'm assuming is the tax portion of the 5k refunded earlier. Also no notes, or explanation, and I never requested it beyond my initial contact about the 5k refund in November when i was told tax was not included.
I live in NV, so not just a CA thing.

mine matches 8.25%... again, no notes or memo's, but a pretty reasonable assumption it's a tax refund.

Alot of people are getting the check now. I've seen on Facebook where people were confused about getting the extra money but later determined to be the same amount of their respective state tax.

That explains the random letter from Tesla in today’s mail. I’m assuming it is the tax refund as well.

check amount = $387.50
