I also fail to see what else the iPace driver could have done differently given the situation when they arrived. The Tesla could easily have given enough room. Unimpressed.

My sentry system films him arriving back with couple carrier bags from tesco which he places in his boot. You can see wine bottles, the lot.

So you only could know this after the event.

Perhaps they can’t charge at home? No way of knowing people’s circumstances. Should have given them the benefit of the doubt especially as you were just looking for a top up and not desperate.

As enlightened Tesla owners I think have a sacred duty beholden upon us to go out into the world and help those less fortunate than us i.e. all other E.V. drivers

I think it would be the same thing though I would try not to be away from the vehicle any longer than necessary and would leave my phone number.

Yes, if any/all had left a contact number they could have sorted the problem.

I would park however necessary if I desperately needed a charge. However, I would then stay with the car, so that I'm only wasting my time and not anybody else's.

Maybe the Jag driver was desperate for a charge, but he didn't desperately need 2 bottles of wine lol

Some Teslas owners are guilty of this as well. This car was blocking 3 of the 6 Superchargers when I arrived. I thought about taking the spot right in front of him but decided to play it safe.

More recently, my mom caught another Tesla owner blocking 3 spots. He confronted her when he saw her taking a picture and made a lame excuse that he didn't have enough energy left to back into the stall...but there's a pull-in stall to the right of the Supercharger equipment fencing right in front of him.
