Who is Stacey?

Clearly pronouncing, in plain English, "call Stacey", however always receive error message Cannot complete call. Stacey is a contact. All other contacts work fine, just not Stacey. Interesting is that if I spell the name out... "Call S T A C E Y" the command is recognized and the call is placed. In addition, if I "call ### ### #### (phone number)" the call is made and displayed as Calling Stacey. Stacey is just not something that my 2023 MY with latest updates is understood.

But seriously, I've found speaking both the first and last name helps. I would try that and see if that helps (in addition to the other tests you've tried).

I bet it interprets it as "Stay See" or "Stay C"

you could always add Stacey to your contacts list under a different name, but in the meantime try adding "Stay See" and "Stay C" as contacts. See if that makes a difference - I mean the software underlying that has to be pretty complex and not a little fuzzy


OTOH, maybe it's smart enough to know that calling Stacey will only end up in yet another pointless argument [1] and a week of sulking and it's trying to protect you
