I order two weeks ago with the expectation that it would be 2 weeks till delivery, but I have no VIN and no contact about how close or far it might be.

My order agreement disappeared at the end of last week but the booking invoice was still there early today.

I noticed the app problem too - I wanted to rewatch one of the videos but the app wasn’t showing my anything but logout and “get support” when I opened it.

Just as well I'm not relying on it to access my car.
I will next week though, hopefully.
