Windows won't roll down or up

I searched some and couldn't really find an answer. Purchased a used Tesla from another dealership a few days ago, there are times where my drivers door button wont release the door. I also noticed that I can't roll up or down and windows while the car is in motion. Is there a setting somewhere I am missing or is this something I should schedule an appointment with Tesla?

Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated.
