When the sun is low, my windshield has a glazed look to it. Its like a thousand pin marks, and its difficult to see through. Has anyone else had this issue?

I did notice this initially but it seems to have disappeared now. Few other people have also reported the same thing.

I have a 2014 Silverado and a Tesla S Nov 2015. Both vehicles about same mileage (40,000). Windshield on truck pristine but like Dugan said Oct 15 I have the same problem. Is it some kind of glass coating or a manufacturer’s defect?
