Most of these phantom losses is the BMS acting to warm up the battery. That is why you see the largest losses on coldest days. The purpose is to extend the life of the battery.
I may be wrong, but the model 3 doesn’t have a battery heater per say.
It heats the battery by driving, charging, and transferring heat from the motor.
It will heat the motor to heat the battery, but I wasn’t aware it did this while not being driven.
