Most of these phantom losses is the BMS acting to warm up the battery. That is why you see the largest losses on coldest days. The purpose is to extend the life of the battery.

I may be wrong, but the model 3 doesn’t have a battery heater per say.
It heats the battery by driving, charging, and transferring heat from the motor.
It will heat the motor to heat the battery, but I wasn’t aware it did this while not being driven.

You should hear no noise from the model 3 when left locked and alone. It should be asleep.

Many people's Model 3, mine included, makes a tiny fan noise from the front of the car for hours and hours after the car has been left alone. Totally noticeable in a silent garage.

There was a mis-spell. I meant "your" car needs service by Tesla. Do you disagree with that? I do not think M3s do any battery conditioning or heating while they are off and unplugged.
