Wiper UI Impressions -- Surprisingly Favorable

It's been a rainless "rainy season" here in SoCal, so, after two-plus months of ownership, today was my first real experience in using the wipers.

The surprise? No real gripe with the UI.

Pulled out into the rain and the wipers came on.​

When rain lightened up and I found auto-wipe a bit too enthusiastic, the single push method easy to use.

Liked that doing so automatically pulled up wiper UI card on screen.

Suggested (easy to implement) tweaks:

Make long push turn wipers on (auto). [Great suggestion from someone here on TMC.]

Have some sort of + - or slider on wiper UI card to fine tune auto wipe. (Current software seems a bit too wiper-happy, leads to wiper chatter on not-wet-enough windshield.)

All in all, not nearly as bad as I'd feared. And, no reason why software tweaks can't make it great.
