Wireless Charging Pads issues…not the normal ones.

Picked up a brand new M3 RWD today. Leaving the dealership the wireless charging pads worked as expected. Lay phone down and phone starts to charge.

Got it home, added it to wifi, downloaded an update and now they don’t work. No case, upside down, left, right, passenger side, etc. tried them all. On SW Ver. 2023.2.12

First thing to try whenever the car is acting up is rebooting, by pressing and holding both steering wheel scroll buttons until the touchscreen goes off. If that doesn’t fix it, see if there are any loose connections in the USB ports, and if you can’t find the problem, make a service appointment.
