both front doors panels are wavy like this. Kinda bugs me. The edge by the window glass just behind the speaker is very wavy and looks very cheaply made. Wondering if I should schedule a service for this. And how long do you think it'll take to fix this? This should be fixed for free?

Get it fixed. Should be easy for a SC to do this.

However, if they say it needs a new part then wait until they get the part. I've heard horror stories where a customer's car sits in the lot for weeks while waiting for a part where the car could've been driven.

just scheduled a mobile service. This doesn't fall under the 100 miles limit after delivery right?

I don't know 'bout that. Just play as though it is warrantied, it should be.
