Speed matters a great deal. Studded tires are also pretty hard on range in any vehicle. When I used to use them (before studless tires got great) I would see a 15% hit to mileage on my ICE vehicles.
Of course speed and tires, and temperature, and weather and snow on the ground etc. matter. This was not a specialized test, I’m just reporting a typical day driving my car. My point is that average Joe would see similar range around here this time of year.

Similar route and temps, with fewer side trips but including a drive up and down Cadillac mountain about 2 years ago with similar occupancy but without studded tires drove 111 miles on 52% battery, so studs do make a substantial difference. OP had similar wheels and tires as my trip above, all factors taken together, for a good part of the year, the range is about 150 miles.
On previous vehicles I've actually gotten better MPG from the studless tires than from the summer tires. Sounds like people need to keep this in mind when picking their winter tire options. Thanks for the comparison there.
