Yesterday we have heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.Beacuse of that Tree woods branches fell onto our car while driving . Could you please suggest whether it will cover by insurance and what would be the cost estimation ?
Anyone have experience like this ?

You should visit a Tesla approved body shop to have an idea of the possible repair and cost.
Depending of your premium, and possible effect on your policy, you can then decide if contacting your insurrance is worthwhile.

One option could be simply to patch and paint the panel.

However aluminium cannot be stress back, so depending of the damage, the only solution might be to replace the rear quarter panel.
This operation is quite complex as the side panel needs to be cut in the middle of the rear door and the glass roof needs to be removed to do so.

Rear quarter panels are STEEL -- rear hatch is STEEL - doors are ALUMINIUM .
A body shop should have no problem repairing your damage. Color matching may be the only problem. But a good shop should be able to color blend the repairs.
