Zoom App and Company Zoom Accts

I would love to be able to use the Zoom app in the car. I'm often taking Zoom calls while driving. My problem is that my company uses multi factor authentication (Okta) and the zoom app in the car doesn't stay logged in. Does anyone else have this problem?

same here, i just join as a guest, knew it was gonna be a problem before it even launch because of how strict my company is

Zoom on the car isn’t the same application vs the Desktop or Mobile version. Remember Tesla software is base of Linux.

Perhaps Tesla/Zoom to update it in the future so it can remember the 2-steps authentications

Oh well, too bad. I thought the app would have more full featured, but it's really not any better than just using your phone.

I mean it adds the cool factor that you can tell people your car can do Zoom. Other then that you are right there isn't much full features.

You’re doing better than me - I can’t even login to my company Zoom as the domain drop-down on the SSO login I get doesn’t drop down, so I can’t enter the correct one.

Just type something in both and the drop down will go away.

That’s not the issue - when using SSO you get directed to your company’s login page, and mine has a drop down box for the domain that you have no way to select. As I’m not in the default, I’m out of luck

The issue I had was staying logged in. I got my SSO to login by attending a meeting via the meeting ID and then logged out of the meeting and then was able to select the domain. Once I went to something g else though, (tesla map, etc, it would log me out so I gave up trying after that.
Setup a meeting and then manually type in the meeting ID and PW, then join the meeting and then exit the meeting and your SSO stuff should work after that.
Out Zoom is fedramp and I was able to select it right after the meeting *if* I don’t go to anything other Tesla apps. As soon as I do, it resets to the default Zoom options and back to square one.

Point on clarification, setup a Zoom meeting on another app/phone and then attend via Tesla Zoom app meeting ID/PW.
