I am refreshing the "best ev SUV" and "best luxury EV SUVs" searches as I wait forever for my Model Y LR. I am not seeing the Mercedes-EQ on any of the top lists. Too new or no good? Has anyone considered it, driven it?

Made reservation in Feb 2022, current delivery window Oct 6 - Dec 1, 2022. Someone wrote to speed up delivery, mark no trade, cash payment, change later. Does the community share this opinion as common wisdom? Is it easy to change it later? Like, when is a good time to introduce the trade-in?

Judging by your signature line, switching from LR to P helped. How do you feel about it? I hate everything about P. Price, energy consumption, more expensive tires and, I assume, bumpier ride. It's a racket, but then so is everything else about Model Y.

Yes, others are much more tolerant of white. In my humble opinion, you should mount the plates on a stock mount. Not something you can (easily) undo, so it would be nice to first find someone else's white Model 3 with black plates on a stock mount to confirm for yourself that it's a great idea.
