Pretty easy DIY Fix there is a you tube of it, two screws to remove airbag two to remove each controller loosen the 4 big horn screws a bit (note screw position cause if you overtighten the horn will stay on! ask me why I know). Controllers plus loom $200 and if tesla fixes it add another 200...

So if it is the steering wheel controls that are dead you can buy the part for $200 and pretty easily replace them both (comes with a new wire harness) when you lose horn plus steering wheel controls that is usually the fix. I have had it done 5 times, 4 under warranty that latest was RIGHT...
