Technically you don't rotate until theres a tread difference of like 2/32nds. The only thing is michelin wants rotations between 6-8000 miles for the warranty but its not like theyre going to watch you do them.

That’s lane keep assist It probably wasn’t the car steering. The car will only brake and sometimes do slight steering when on autopilot to avoid something at the edge of the lane but that’s about it. It’s a very good handling car which allowed the driver to maneuver like this and stay in control.

Since tires were removed for powdercoating my first guess would be tires need to be rebalanced and my second guess would be lug nuts weren’t torqued to spec. A lot of reputable tire shops will have employees that’ll half ass a tire balance so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was that.

It shows up like any other alert under the fsd visualization but it’s not deletable you have to do the HV reset but it’s just a nuisance it doesn’t affect inputs or anything
