The climate control this morning was cranking....couldn't understand why until noticed temp showed 13° when it was about 38°....was parked outside entire time. Any fix (I tried a soft reset to no avail, drove it for 15 min...) you guys came up with?

Crazy.... So I had these parts on order since September.....multiple back, forth l, up and down....finally parts came in. Went to service center to pick them up and just to make sure, I visually inspect the parts brought out. That was after I got over my giddiness that I'm finally getting this...

But on FSD everything is worse... duh. 🤣

Thats what I was thinking. I used it again yesterday and seemed better (less inputs) but its certainly more demanding on 36.6. I'm gonna try a ball type weight (as would be giving more random type inputs to the wheel unlike a standard, fixed position weight) next time i use AP. BTW, with FSD on...

Same issue here on 36.6 and no weight - i actually have my hand on the wheel but generally am not providing any rotational input as, guess what, I'm using AP!! (shocker, right?)....I ended up getting "AP not available for this drive". Wow annoying.... Now i'm also reading some weights arent...

So interesting. I was about to buy a weight after a drive yesterday where AP was going absolutely bat-sh*t crazy to keep touching the wheel like every 10 seconds - like what is your purpose of existing AP!! Now I'm reading ya'll having 36.6 issues (what i'm on) - seeming thats more of the issue...

Personally I'd just go 35 instead of the 40 (as you already own it) but outside of speed inconsistency (which would be present anyway) and forward (lean) bias, it would certainly work. That said, I'm sure someone will chime in more technically as to ill effects (if any).

I guess we shall see soon if it can be done....

I dont have it yet but per the notes: Reset the learned tire settings directly after a tire rotation, swap, or replacement for an improved driving experience. To reset, tap Controls > Service > Wheel & Tire Configuration > Tires.

Happens to be I agree - S3xy buttons are ugly - i plan on putting them in unnoticeable areas (like behind the screen)

Certainly wasn't installer....removed the tint and verified it was in the glass. On (very) careful inspection could see the gash. Tint installer said he'll make it right - we'll see today as scheduled for retint...

Lol, they didn't notice until he applied, dried and cleaned the tint....

a small scratch that was impossible to see as it was between the panes (drivers door window) before the tint was applied as it gave a background for the scratch to appear. Service replaced the pane but now i need to retint that door. They intially told me that they would not cover the retint -...

When i made the request, I did and they added it for me (without me asking). I was in for other service today and they called it a "retrofit"

Seems like cargo cover is not a permanent upgrade on myp (just yet).... Just order the parts direct from tesla service (and install yourself)...
