Yeah, but how? Do you mean to do another wash? (I don’t have any white vinegar or the spot removal spray suggested above. It’s mainly the bonnet, just incredibly stubborn and not budging 😖

The issue is I recall reading other forum threads where going to one of the car hand washes resulted in swirls and scratches due to the amount of cars being washed with the same mitts etc so I thought I would do it myself at home… alas, I made it worse for myself 😖

Thanks, I needed to read the last part to clam myself down. I did retry the polar seal on a small area of the boot lid but no joy… I’m leaning towards just putting it to the back of my mind and hoping it comes out in the next wash in a months time.

Not related to the OP, but for at least 2 hours *after* a short journey (5 miles approx) my M3 is still making this noise (video attached) is this the heat pump? And if so, what is it doing 2-3 hours after the journey? Surely the power needed to run it is wasting more energy than its saving...

I had the same issue - the workaround is to log into Plex.Tv with your Google Account *when* you are connected to your home Wifi... once logged in, it should automatically log you into YouTube etc and also sets the region for certain streaming services to the UK. iPlayer and a few others...

I do have the mudflaps, but this was definitely related to the brake - it almost felt like when ABS is activated and you can feel it through the pedal... only it was a heavy clunk and a jerk forward by the car, as if it's fighting between putting the brakes on or moving forward.

Ahh, that's reassuring! Very strange that the Tesla employee told me it's a "known issue" with the MIC models and advised I book it in with the service centre! ... but then again, I'm sure most of them make it up on the spot... the other 2-3 cars I checked at collection were all the same too.

Just as an update, I called Tesla this morning and they put a note on file to register in my name rather than in my company name - the guy on the phone said they have been getting this request a lot recently as more insurers have been shying away from insuring Teslas purchased through a LTD...

What do you mean by "Models"? Do you mean differences between SR+, LR and Performance? If so, then there are no differences... Autopilot is the same across all 3, as is FSD. If you mean between Models as in "S", "3", "X" etc, then again, on all cars since 2019/20, the features is the same.
